Designation - Course Mentor. Role & Responsibilities -  Student Support & Guidance - Providing academic & technical support to all the enrolled students. Assisting students in understanding the course - curriculum, completing various assignments & exam - related preparations. Facilitating online discussions & responding to student queries in a timely manner.  Engagement & Communication - Fostering a positive & interactive learning environment. Encouraging student’s participation & engagement through various online activities & discussions. Maintaining regular communication with all the students to keep them motivated & on - track.  Professional Development - Staying updated with the latest trends & best practices in online education & specific subject areas. Participating in professional development activities & other skill - enhancement sessions. Required Skill - Set -  Fluency in English.  Confident & pro - active nature.  Good inter - personal skills.  Basic M. S. - Office proficiency alongside, willingness to learn new technology for educational purposes including multimedia tools, online - platforms & industry - relevant software’s.  Ability to provide personalized support & adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.  Adherence to the ethical standards & guidelines set forth by the ‘U. G. C. - D. E. B.’  Commitment to continuous improvement, quality enhancement & lifelong learning.
