Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Leadership

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in US recruitment with experience in both volume and leadership hiring.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of US hiring expectations, candidate behavior, compensation structures, and communication norms.
  • Ability to optimize recruitment processes and design efficient, scalable hiring systems.
  • Demonstrated success meeting aggressive hiring targets across multiple role types.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience building dashboards, reports, and KPI systems.
