Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Team Manager to lead and expand our recruitment operations in Coimbatore. This pivotal role combines team leadership, business development, and individual performance responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage a team of Recruitment Consultants, drive business growth through client acquisition and retention, and maintain personal recruitment targets while building a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets
  • Set recruitment goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress towards these objectives
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address areas for improvement
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to team members
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation


Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base
  • Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition across various industries
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Build strategic partnerships with organizations and industry networks
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales pipeline effectively


Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner by understanding clients' hiring needs and organizational culture
  • Manage key accounts to ensure delivery standards and fulfillment levels are met
  • Conduct regular client reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates


Individual Performance & Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed personal recruitment targets and revenue goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to placement
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks as required
  • Maintain and develop a robust candidate pipeline


Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive data-driven decisions
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, client activities, and business development progress
  • Track key performance indicators including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
