Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles.
• Successfully headhunt passive candidates through platforms like

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals

  .
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during candidate outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA graduate

  with specialization in HR or related field.

• 7–8 years of experience

  in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Smart personality with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven success in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Salary:

  500 – 600 BHD
