Recruitment Manager

You are an experienced and knowledgeable Recruitment Specialist with a strong understanding of the recruitment process, particularly for candidates in the Middle East region. Your proven track record in sourcing, screening, and recruiting across various sectors like Medical, Construction, Engineering, Blue-Collar, Airline Staff, Hotel, and Hospitality industries is essential for this role. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to final placement. Working independently and overseeing a team of recruiters, you must exhibit expertise in handling diverse positions and industries while navigating the unique demands of recruiting for the Middle East. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment for sectors such as Medical, Construction, Engineering, Blue-Collar, Airline Staff, and Hospitality. You will source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, ensuring the best fit for each role. Leading a team of recruiters independently to meet staffing goals is a crucial aspect of your role. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates in the Middle East region is also a key responsibility. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and recruitment regulations specific to the Middle East, providing guidance and support to junior team members, and staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices, particularly in the Middle East, are vital aspects of this position. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment, focusing on the Middle East region. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in the Middle East. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment regulations in Middle Eastern countries. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi, Tamil & Arabic is a plus. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
