Job Overview: As an Accounts Manager at Indian Drivers, you will play a key role in overseeing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, payroll, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, including regular Tally backups. 2. Manage vendor payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping. 3. Verify and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct TDS calculations. 4. Reconcile accounts with the general ledger to maintain financial accuracy. 5. Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and resolve accounting queries. 6. Generate and issue invoices promptly and accurately. 7. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas. 8. Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns such as PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT). 9. Address employee and regulatory queries related to PF, ESIC, and PT. 10. Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 11. Prepare and present MIS reports for management review. 12. Coordinate with the CA for audit data, account finalization, and compliance requirements. 13. Lead and manage a team with accountability for accuracy and timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the city team to achieve business targets. Handle client relationships, operations, and manpower deployment. Coordinate with the central team for driver sourcing and client fulfillment. Drive growth through new business opportunities and service excellence. Ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow and customer satisfaction.
