About the position In this role, you will get a 360-degree view of a fast-moving education start-up, including its operations, strategy, and product launches. Work will include a mix of building new products, company-level strategy, and operations (e.g., launching a new product, meeting with external stakeholders, etc.). Your job is to support the different avenues of growth that the team takes up. Create guidance material for students looking to publish or participate in competitions Meet with students to provide feedback, helping them tailor their work to specific targets. Set quantitative goals and develop strategies to achieve them with the publication team for each of our students Build new, and strengthen existing relationships with publications for students. About the position In this role, you will work directly with a select cohort of students as they prepare for competitive careers in finance and consulting. You will pair each student with a 1:1 industry mentor and guide them through key recruiting milestones. Work will include assessing student goals, coordinating with mentors, and supporting their interview preparation.
