Recruitment Manager

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments.
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job platforms.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and key hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and build appropriate sourcing plans.
• Represent the company in a professional and brand-consistent manner during candidate outreach and networking.
• Monitor, track, and report on recruitment KPIs and funnel performance.

• MBA in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven expertise in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and online job portals.
• Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment practices and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment data.
