About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruitment Manager to spearhead our hiring efforts in Textile industry. This role is critical to building our workforce by attracting, hiring, and retaining the right talent at all levels — from skilled to unskilled.

If you have a strong track record in high-volume recruitment, are confident in MIS reporting and analytical skill, and leading a sourcing team, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage end-to-end hiring for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled roles.
• Build strong sourcing networks through field visits, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Manage a structured recruitment database and ensure accurate tracking.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to fulfill manpower needs on time.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws throughout recruitment.
• Prepare and present recruitment MIS reports and hiring performance updates.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve targets.
• Drive employer branding activities to make the company a preferred workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA / MSW in Human Resources (Mandatory).
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in garments/textiles or manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in MIS reporting, data analysis, and team management.
• Proven success in handling large-scale, fast-paced hiring.
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and people engagement skills.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
