GM & DGM - HR

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and seasoned HR professional for our upcoming projects in Bhavani, Erode. The role of GM / DGM - HR requires a candidate with a strong background in Human Resources and a minimum of 20+ years of experience in the textile industry , preferably in the apparel sector. We are particularly interested in candidates from Erode, Salem, Tirupur, and Coimbatore who are willing to relocate to Erode. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all HR-related activities with a focus on manpower management in the Textile industry. Manage recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and statutory compliance. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals. Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Requirements: Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/PM/MBA-HR/MSW/MLM (regular courses only). Minimum of 20+ years of HR experience, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
