Role Overview: As a Recruitment Manager at Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process. This full-time, on-site role in Bhopal will require you to work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Your role will also involve sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees while maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and managing the applicant tracking system.
