Roles and Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process for foreign workers, ensuring alignment with Singapore-based client needs. Handle customer inquiries professionally and in a friendly manner, while understanding and assessing employer requirements. Conduct interviews with potential workers to gather and compile their bio-data, experience, and job history, and match these profiles with customer needs.
