Recruitment Manager

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts for various departments across levels in an IT industry setting. Your role will involve partnering with department heads, hiring managers, and recruiters to forecast hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure timely closures. Additionally, you will oversee and manage the recruitment team, set KPIs, and design talent acquisition strategies while maintaining compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies. Your key responsibilities will include screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture, as well as ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will also be expected to track key recruiting metrics, prepare reports, maintain an internal database, and manage recruitment vendors, job portals, and other sourcing platforms. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management. A proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions across functions, a strong understanding of recruitment tools, portals, and best practices, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Prior experience in IT is preferred, and the ability to lead a team, drive performance, and manage high-volume hiring will be crucial for success in this position.,
