Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
  • Support HR team in additional administrative and operational tasks as required.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage
