Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, calling, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Explain and implement company policies to ensure compliance and clarity. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, issues, and conflict resolution. Identify new recruitment opportunities and build strategies to attract top talent. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities Collaborate with other HRs to design and execute engagement initiatives that enhance work culture and employee satisfaction. Maintain HR records and ensure smooth documentation. Collaborate with management on workforce planning and retention strategies. Skill Set Required: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a KPO/BPO/Accounting/Outsourcing industry. Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Strong communication, people management, and interpersonal skills. Experience in employee engagement and event planning preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and integrity.
