Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in headhunting or non-IT recruitment consulting. Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing profiles, job posting creation, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer generation. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.
