Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions through various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers/ client SPOCs to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit for open positions.

Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to create comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.

Interviewing and Evaluation:

Assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.

Evaluate candidates' technical abilities, soft skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

Candidate Management:

Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Keep candidates informed about their application status, interview feedback, and any additional steps in the hiring process.

Market Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions and maintain competitiveness in talent acquisition.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Reporting:

Generate and analyse recruitment reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role within the technology industry.

In-depth knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

IT certifications or technical background.

Experience in recruiting for diverse technical roles, such as software developers, system administrators, data analysts, etc.
