Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
• Experience in handling requirements across all technology domains.
• Ability to negotiate pay rates and handle candidate concerns related to salary, relocation, and joining dates.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and platforms
• Previous experience in IT consulting or staffing industry with International exposure( Europe/UK/USA)
• Proficient in maintaining and updating candidate databases and preparation of weekly/monthly reports.

We are looking for someone who is settled in Hyderabad.

Experience: 1-2 years in IT Recruitment

Prior experience in IT Recruitment for the UK/Europe, or the USA markets.
