As an IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant at TTC Group in India, your key responsibilities include: - Sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes for vacancies in the UK, US, and India - Working in UK/USA timezones (GMT/BST) to coordinate with clients and candidates globally - Utilizing job boards, CRM system, and databases to identify suitable candidate CVs - Developing relationships with candidates and assessing their suitability for various roles - Writing job specifications, job adverts, and posting them on multiple platforms to attract applicants - Conducting telephone and video interviews with candidates - Profiling candidates' CVs and submitting them to clients for consideration - Managing candidate interviews, providing necessary support, and relaying client feedback - Attending client meetings with Directors or other Recruitment Consultants To excel in this role, you should possess: - A strong desire to build a successful career with self-motivation and resilience - Experience supporting the US/UK/Europe/APAC markets - Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the IT sector - Drive to continuously push and develop yourself - Excellent communication skills TTC Group is committed to diversity and inclusion in its recruitment process, offering support and advice to both candidates and clients.
