Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Location : OMAN( Fully Remote)

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Senior Al/Backend Engineer to design and deploy production-grade generative Al applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, modern web frameworks, and LLM integration with proven experience building scalable Al systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Application Development
• Design and maintain high-performance Al applications using Python and FastAPI
• Deliver well-documented applications within project deadlines
• Ensure code quality standards and comprehensive testing

AI & LLM Integration

• Develop production-grade generative Al applications (chatbots, summarization tools, document assistants)
• Implement RAG systems and optimize inference for latency-sensitive applications
• Apply prompt engineering, context window management, and output evaluation
• Leverage tokenization, prompt batching, and streaming generation techniques

Data Management

• Use SQLAlchemy with PostgreSQL for data handling and integrity
• Integrate Pandas for data analysis and transformation

DevOps & Deployment

• Containerize applications using Docker
• Ensure scalable architecture and infrastructure management

Collaboration

• Work with data scientists, product managers, and engineers
• Contribute to code reviews and team mentorship

Qualification & Experience:

• Strong Python expertise with FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Deep understanding of LLMs and Langchain integration
• Production experience with generative Al applications
• Proficiency with SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Pandas
• Experience with Docker
• Knowledge of RAG systems, tokenization, and prompt engineering
• Strong software engineering best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-scale Al deployments 。
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools
