The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from the US Staffing industry, coupled with expertise in internal hiring strategies. The role requires a proactive leader who can align hiring goals with business objectives, work collaboratively with department heads, and build strong recruitment processes.Company accommodation (CA) will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementBuild, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of internal recruiters.Set clear goals, provide training, and conduct regular performance reviews.Hiring Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute effective internal hiring strategies aligned with company goals.Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of open positions across multiple functions.Utilize data-driven approaches to track hiring metrics, pipeline efficiency, and recruiter performance.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with department heads (Sales, Recruitment, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.) to understand workforce requirements.Act as the main point of contact for leadership regarding internal recruitment updates.Provide regular reports and updates on hiring progress and challenges.Talent Sourcing & Market IntelligenceDrive sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and ATS tools.Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.Process Improvement & ComplianceStandardize and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable hiring guidelines.Implement best practices to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance quality of hire.Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Management.Proven track record of internal hiring within the staffing/recruitment industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
