Job Title: Recruitment Administrator Location: Nagpur (In-Office) Employment Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports To: Recruitment Manager / HR Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team and support the recruitment of gig workers. This role is essential to scaling our flexible workforce and ensuring an efficient, streamlined hiring process. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting, strong administrative skills, and a good understanding of the gig economy. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for gig workers, from posting job ads to onboarding. Job Advertising: Draft and publish job postings on various platforms (job boards, social media, gig platforms). Application Management: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS). Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding sessions. Candidate Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants and gig worker pools. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all gig workers provide necessary documents and comply with local labor regulations. Communication: Act as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout the hiring process. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline progress, and hiring status. Collaboration: Work closely with operations and HR teams to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring demands. Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment or HR administration (experience with gig or high-volume recruitment is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Understanding of gig work dynamics and compliance considerations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Knowledge of local employment laws related to contingent/gig workers.
