Role & responsibilities * Carrying out Human Resource Planning with functional Heads , Finalizing job profile, Scrutinizing & Communicating with Potential candidates & fixing Interviews , taking initial Interviews , Negotiating & finalizing Salary. * Co-ordinate with the clients and take the feedback till the final placement and also maintain mutual relationship for the future requirements. * Scrutinize the database for the suitable candidates. * Interacting with candidates for the updated information to match the requirement. * Arrange the interviews of candidates with the clients * Handle walk-ins and interact with them regarding their career perspectives. * Interacting with the clients to assimilate the requirement and profile of the position. Preferred candidate profile 0 Year to 4 Years (Fresher with good communication Skill will also be considered) Perks and benefits
