Technical Lead -Java Backend

Key Responsibilities : - Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality code is delivered. - Drive best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and unit testing. - Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in microservices, cloud computing, and software development. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in leading a team of developers. - Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles. - Experience working on highly scalable systems. - Proficiency in Java and other programming languages (bonus points for polyglot programming). - Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Nice to Have : - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. - Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
