Job Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media & references Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic/video interviews Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on interview feedback Maintain recruitment trackers, update ATS, and manage candidate pipelines Handle salary negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients Desired Candidate Profile: 14 years of experience in non-IT recruitment , preferably in a staffing agency Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases
