Communicate with candidates about employer information and benefits during the screening process over the phone after obtaining their consent for processing their resume for the job.

Perform phone interviews with candidates based on required parameters for the role before recommending candidate profiles to the account manager.

Share vacancy details with candidates before sharing the profile with the account manager and follow up on acknowledgement of such communication.

Ensure delivery of assignments with quality resumes within set TAT.

Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates upon receipt of feedback from clients on resumes shared.

Share interview details with candidates and interview schedule with the account manager upon confirmation of interview schedule as per client availability. Conduct constant interview follow-ups and rapport building with candidates to ensure candidates attend interviews as per the schedule.

Perform reference and background checks as and when required.

Upon selection of candidate, follow up on required documents for further process as per client requirement, negotiate on offer if required by client, and maintain a constant relationship with the candidate until joining, taking regular feedback even after joining.

Prepare weekly & monthly reports.

Should have experience in senior-level hirings.

Prepare MIS reports as per company requirement.
