Handle Junior to Senior level positions.
Manage internal and external recruitment.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and operations.
Understand requirements for open positions.
Experience and understanding in hiring for non-IT technology roles.
Create and publish job ads on Naukri and LinkedIn portals.
Screen and shortlist resumes through job portals.
Match profiles according to client requirements.
Conduct initial screening of candidates via telephonic conversation to assess communication skills and qualifications.
Schedule interviews with the company.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Daily target of 5 CVs.
Excellent communication skills.
Work from office only (WFO) in Thane.
Attractive incentive policy.
2nd and 4th Saturday off.
