Overview

Must have experience in Non-IT, NBFC or BFSI and stakeholder management.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage hiring for corporate functions such as Legal, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Ensure smooth coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
Work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
Stay updated with market trends and best hiring practices in corporate functions.

Key Requirements

3-7 years of experience in corporate hiring across Legal, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Finance.
Strong experience in stakeholder management and working with business leaders.
Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within tight timelines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in fintech or fast-growing startups is a plus.
