Key Responsibilities: Manage product development using Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and JIRA, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that utilize Gen AI capabilities. Lead the product development lifecycle for Gen AI-based projects, focusing on foundational models such as GPT, BERT, and other transformer architectures to drive innovation and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs in the context of Gen AI applications. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria which clearly aligns with the business requirments. Facilitate regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement within the team leading to productive deliveries to business stakeholders on time. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and addressing any concerns related to Gen AI integration and performance. Good to have skills: Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and enhance product features, ensuring that Gen AI applications meet user expectations and deliver value. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for leveraging Gen AI technologies in various initiatives across business units. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Gen AI, including advancements in foundational models, to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly in evaluating AI model performance and user engagement. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions, especially in the context of AI applications. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the evolving landscape of Gen AI. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Gen AI-based projects and applications. Proven track record of successfully managing product development from concept to launch, particularly in AI-driven products. Strong understanding of foundational models and their applications in real-world scenarios, including natural language processing, image recognition, and predictive analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure product performance and user engagement, with a focus on AI-driven insights.
