Organization : Ethos HR Management & Projects Limited Experience : 3-10 years [Into India Market] Job Responsibilities Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Build relationship to cultivate in active network of partners internally and externally. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and assist with developing job descriptions and requirements Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications. Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle Strive towards exceeding expectation with strong commitment and hardwork. Desired Candidate profile MUST have worked/working in Recruitment/ Staffing organization Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
