Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and engage with target organisations within focus sectors to build and grow a personal client portfolio.
  • Consult with business leaders to understand talent needs, strategic priorities, and organisational context.
  • Design and present customised search solutions that align with client objectives.

Client & Mandate Management

  • Manage end-to-end search mandates, including defining search strategies, market mapping, candidate engagement, and closure.
  • Act as a single point of accountability for client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and high service quality.
  • Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic advisory to support client decision-making.

Talent Advisory & Execution

  • Build and nurture talent networks across relevant industries and leadership levels.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage senior talent using structured search methodologies and innovative outreach.
  • Ensure a premium candidate experience through consultative interactions and transparent communication.

Market Intelligence & Thought Partnership

  • Track industry trends, talent movements, and market shifts to inform search strategy.
  • Contribute to content, insights, and employer branding initiatives that strengthen Antal’s positioning as a trusted leadership partner.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience

    in client-facing roles such as sales, business development, hospitality management, or talent advisory or recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional, persuasive, and relationship-driven.
  • Strategic and commercially curious, comfortable working at the intersection of business and talent.
  • Organised, self-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (LinkedIn, CRM platforms, Excel).
