Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: Kolkata Experience : Fresher Job Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and evaluate resumes from job portals and internal databases based on current organizational requirements. Identify relevant skills and keywords in resumes aligned with open positions. Conduct initial candidate screening through telephonic or virtual interactions. Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports on a regular basis. Scrutinize candidate profiles, verify credentials, and ensure completion of required documentation. Track all applicants throughout the recruitment lifecycle and keep candidates informed about their application status. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the selection and onboarding process. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. Counsel and guide potential candidates regarding IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs and inside-hiring opportunities. Support end-to-end recruitment processes while adhering to company hiring policies and timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and job portals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
