Job Summary:

Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  : requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Work closely with clients to understand

  hiring needs, role expectations, and timelines

• Source candidates through

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, referrals, and networking

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on

  skill fit, experience, and cultural alignment

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
  
• Manage

  offer negotiation, documentation, and joining follow-ups

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate pipelines
  
• Ensure adherence to

  SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience

  in a

  recruitment or staffing firm

  (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of

  recruitment processes and hiring practices

• Experience hiring for

  corporate / IT / non-IT / niche roles

  (based on requirement)
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a

  target-driven, fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with

  ATS, job portals, and MS Office

• Strong sourcing and screening skills
