We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Recruiter to join our internal team, focusing on Non-IT roles across functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (mid to leadership level).

Partner with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.

Source candidates through various platforms – LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

Conduct candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Maintain recruitment reports and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably mid to leadership hiring).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

A team player with a passion for recruitment and relationship building.
