Senior Manager – Custodian

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale Custodian operations and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Partner with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies and align with US Custodian business strategy.
• Build a high-performance, inclusive team through talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Develop and execute performance frameworks to measure success and value delivery.
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives, process automation, and productivity enhancements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to future-proof the business.
• Promote a culture of engagement, excellence, and continuous learning

What We're Looking For:

• 15+ years of industry experience with 10+ years in senior operational roles in global Custody, Mutual Funds, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Deep subject matter expertise in

• Proven track record in managing diverse, high-performing teams and complex delivery engagements.
• Strong skills in risk management, program execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
