Infrastructure Specialist

This opportunity is with one of our leading MNC financial services domain client. As an Infrastructure Specialist (Admin) with 7-11 years of experience, you will be based in Pune, India, working in a Hybrid mode. Your responsibilities will include: - Middleware Deployment & Automation: You should be proficient in manual and Ansible-based installation, configuration, and deployment of middleware stacks. Additionally, you should be skilled in writing Ansible playbooks and executing them via Ansible Tower. - Troubleshooting & Maintenance: You will be responsible for level 3 issue resolution across various middleware technologies. Experience in taking and analyzing thread/heap dumps is required. You should also be capable of planning and executing patching, OS, and DB maintenance tasks. - Cloud & Containerization: Experience in migrating middleware solutions to AWS (server & serverless) is essential. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Fargate, EKS, IAM, and CDK is preferred. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman is also desired. - CI/CD & Automation: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions is beneficial. You should be adept at service provisioning, deployments, and user support. - Security & Compliance: You must possess skills in vulnerability remediation, certificate management (CSR generation, implementation, validation), audit coordination, and adherence to security guidelines. - Monitoring & Performance: Monitoring and JVM tuning for WebSphere/Liberty will be part of your responsibilities. - API Management & Integration: A good understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and OAuth tokens is required. Troubleshooting experience using tools like Postman, Apigee, and Kong API will be beneficial. - Support & Operations: Providing on-call support for critical issues and ensuring compliance with audit and operational requirements are key aspects of this role.
