Job Description

As a Networking Remote Technical Support Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing professional remote technical support services to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Your role will involve pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities to ensure service restoration and adherence to service level agreements (SLA). - Maintain the support process and handle support requests according to procedures - Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance software - Resolve problems and conduct maintenance tasks - Monitor service delivery against SLAs - Analyze service records to identify actions for improvement - Prioritize and diagnose incidents, escalate unresolved incidents, and provide service recovery - Document and close resolved incidents - Maintain configuration items securely and accurately To excel in this role, you should have: - Working knowledge of technical documentation - Understanding of management agent and redundancy concepts - Knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and RiverBed - Customer service orientation - Problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Analytical thinking - Excellent communication skills Academically, you should hold: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing - Associate level certification in different Networking technologies like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, or ACMA The ideal candidate will have: - Entry-level experience in Networking technologies - Technical support, diagnosis, and troubleshooting experience - Remote support experience in Networking technologies - Relevant technologies experience NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services committed to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
