Job Description

This opportunity is with one of our leading MNC financial services domain client.


Role: Infrastructure Specialist (Admin)

Experience: 7-11 Years

Location: Pune, India

Mode: Hybrid


  • Middleware Deployment & Automation

    : Proficient in manual and Ansible-based installation, configuration, and deployment of middleware stacks. Skilled in writing Ansible playbooks and executing via Ansible Tower.

  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance

    : Level 3 issue resolution across middleware technologies. Experienced in taking and analyzing thread/heap dumps. Capable of planning and executing patching, OS, and DB maintenance.

  • Cloud & Containerization

    : Migrated middleware solutions to AWS (server & serverless). Hands-on with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Fargate, EKS, IAM, and CDK. Experienced with Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman.

  • CI/CD & Automation

    : Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Adept at service provisioning, deployments, and user support.

  • Security & Compliance

    : Skilled in vulnerability remediation, certificate management (CSR generation, implementation, validation), audit coordination, and adherence to security guidelines.

  • Monitoring & Performance

    : Monitoring and JVM tuning for WebSphere/Liberty.

  • API Management & Integration

    : Understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth tokens. Troubleshooting experience using Postman, Apigee, Kong API.

  • Support & Operations

    : Provides on-call support for critical issues; ensures compliance with audit and operational requirements.
