Policybazaar is at heart a data and technology company that has revolutionized the insurance market in India. We deploy cutting edge technology, use advanced data analytics and leverage AI/ML to offer customer centric products, optimised customer journeys, and ensure superior customer experience across the insurance value chain. We have had a major influence on how protection insurance products are bought in the country and are responsible for sourcing a significant portion of the market in Term and Health insurance.

Internship Details:

Duration: 3 Months Paid Internship

Location: Gurugram, Haryana


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for bulk hiring requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  • Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Support HR team with onboarding formalities and documentation.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.


Who Can Apply:

  • MBA/PGDM/BBA/Graduation (HR specialization preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior exposure to recruitment/HR (through projects, internships, or coursework) will be an added advantage.
