Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in bulk hiring or mass hiring environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales recruitment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interviewing and negotiation with clients/candidates.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
