Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in bulk hiring or mass hiring environment.
Strong understanding of sales recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective interviewing and negotiation with clients/candidates.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
