Recruiter Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on the requirements provided by the management.
• Source and hire candidates for roles such as counsellors, tele-callers, Educational sales executives, Immigration consultants, process consultants, admission officers, visa processing staff, support staff, IT support, managers, etc.
• Source candidates from various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and relevant portals.
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct telephonic, virtual & face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads/ Management.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker daily.
• Ensure all open positions are closed within the defined timelines (TAT).
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
• Send appointment letters through courier wherever required.
• Collect KYC documents, experience letters, and educational certificates from selected candidates.
• Coordinate on boarding, induction sessions, and training schedules for new joiners.
• Maintain employee files and HR records in an organized manner.
• Plan team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees.
• Assist in conflict resolution and maintain a positive work culture.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee data and HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with counselling, immigration, sales, processing, visa, and IT departments to understand manpower requirements.
• Update management regularly on hiring status and manpower planning.
• Process resignations, conduct exit interviews, and collect company assets from outgoing employees.
• Coordinate with accounts/HRMS team for F&F settlements and relieving letters.
