Job Description

Recruiter Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, partnering with hiring managers, and building strong employer branding initiatives to support organizational growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (job posting to onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create and publish job descriptions across job boards, career portals, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Manage offer negotiation and closing processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (role dependent).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (ATS/HRMS) and job portals.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
