Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  • Negotiate offers with selected candidates on salary, benefits, and other terms.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve sourcing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
