Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
Negotiate offers with selected candidates on salary, benefits, and other terms.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve sourcing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
