Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing profiles to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and develop effective strategies for volume hiring.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in recruitment for BPO and Non IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
