Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing profiles to onboarding new hires.
Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and develop effective strategies for volume hiring.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in recruitment for BPO and Non IT roles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
