Results driven, entrepreneurial and experienced sales leader to help us acquire new customers and grow revenue. The role will require being responsible for managing the sales cycle end to end from prospect research-cold outreach-opportunity qualification-Bid-negotiation and contracting, in line with companys growth strategy. KRA Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target industries (Travel and hospitality, EdTech, Healthcare, Ecommerce, Telecom) Responsible for a healthy pipeline across target industries Prepare client proposals, pitch decks with Solutions team and work with commercial team on deal structuring Regular reporting on pipeline build-up, health of pipeline, revenue forecast Build customer relationships and be responsible for upsell and cross sell opportunities (Farming) Be responsible for and achieve sales quota for the financial year . Experience 3-10years of B2B sales experience in CX, within target industries Proven track record of new customer acquisition Ability to lead and close the sales cycle independently with CXO levels in the client organisation Experience in pitching AI-driven services/solutions Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a start-up environment agile, self-motivated, and passionate
