Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions for large, global BPO deals, integrating digital operating models, process design, automation, and technology solutions. Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle, including crafting responses to RFPs, preparing bid defence presentations, and engaging with prospective customers. Client Engagement: Conduct client assessments, lead workshops, and deliver impactful presentations to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Solution Engineering teams to develop and present solutions. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into solution designs to meet client needs. Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Tender Management: Proven ability in smoothly managing responses to 'Request for Tenders' (RFT) or 'Request for Proposals' (RFP) issued by purchasing authorities, ensuring that the proposed solution is complete, appropriate, and results in the best proposal possible. Qualifications: Experience: 15-18 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, and BPO, with a strong track record of successful bid management and solution design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools, RPA platforms, AI solutions, and process optimization frameworks. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes. Candidates from a BPO background will be preferred.
