About the Role: We are a young, growing BPO organization looking for a high-performing and entrepreneurial sales professional to join us as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager . The core responsibility of this role is to acquire new clients , build strong executive-level relationships, and drive revenue growth across industries like EdTech, Ecommerce, Healthcare, Telecom, and Travel & Hospitality . Please share your resume at 9748011777 (Malhar Ghoshal) Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities for BPO and customer experience services Conduct cold outreach, lead generation, proposal creation, and contract negotiation Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across multiple industry verticals Collaborate with the solutions and commercial teams to create compelling proposals and pricing structures Drive the end-to-end sales cycle , from prospecting to deal closure Develop and nurture CXO-level relationships and long-term strategic accounts Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Track and report on pipeline health, revenue forecasts , and key metrics Experience & Skills Required: 310 years of proven B2B sales / business development experience in BPO, KPO, ITES, or customer experience outsourcing Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and enterprise sales Experience engaging and closing deals with CXOs and VP-level decision-makers Exposure to selling voice process, customer support, inbound/outbound calling, or AI-enabled CX solutions Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven Why Join Us?
