Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Needs Analysis:

    Greet and engage clients in a welcoming and professional manner to understand their specific needs, lifestyle, and interests, and match them with appropriate luxury vehicles.
  • Product Expertise & Demonstration:

    Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, features, technological advancements, and competitive models to provide expert insights and conduct professional demonstrations and test drives.
  • Sales Process Management:

    Guide customers through the entire sales process, including explaining financing/leasing options, negotiating prices, and accurately completing all necessary paperwork and contracts.
  • Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty, ensure satisfaction, and generate referral business.
  • Target Achievement:

    Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the dealership management.
  • Lead Management:

    Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain detailed customer profiles.
  • Collaboration & Events:

    Collaborate with the sales, finance, service, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless client experience and participate in showroom and promotional events.
  • Professionalism:

    Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the high standards of the luxury brand.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    Prior experience in automotive sales is highly valued, with a preference for experience in the luxury or high-end segment. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
  • Education:

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide a patient, customer-centric experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Competence in using CRM systems , digital sales tools, and standard office software.
  • Requirements:

    A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
