Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executives (Fresher) to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. As a BDE, you will work closely with the senior business development and product teams to identify new market opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support the pre-sales process. This is a full-time, on-office role based in Kolkata. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities. Connect with leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings to pitch services. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client documentation. Support the CRM system with lead information and daily updates. Follow up with prospects to build strong professional relationships. Contribute to marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns. Participate in team brainstorming and strategy meetings. Coordinate with the technical team to align client needs with solutions. Maintain a record of communication and assist with reporting metrics. Key Skills Required Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Confidence in client interaction and outbound communication. Strong research and analytical abilities. Basic understanding of IT services, software, or digital platforms (preferred). Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools or Microsoft Office is a plus. Team player with problem-solving and time management skills. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
