1. Achieving and exceeding recruitment target on a monthly basis.
2. Understanding the requirement from the hiring managers.
3. Sourcing relevant candidates from various sources.
4. Screening the candidates as per the parameters set.
5. Following up with the candidates and coordinating for the interviews.
6. Coordinating for the joining process.
7. Maintaining various MIS reports.
1.Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
3. Should be good in academics.
4. Candidates who have done sales bulk hiring and worked on Non-IT requirements preferred.
5. Should be target driven.
